an absolute disgrace of an app does not work in any way shape or form. every time you press a live link the app closes down and an error form appears on my mac. i will be claiming a refund its a complete waste of money and time

Hi Bratty, which kind of system are you using? Is the last version of OSX?
The app works perfectly with the last update.
Maybe a problem on your system.
You can ask a refund only to Apple, not to a developer.
