So you idea is basically a sort of business for people to make money on.
I suggest you to make the program $5 or something. They get a beginner amount of money. They will add more if needed.
I also suggest you use another pay system then paypal. Some people don't have it.
How are you thinking of making this program 'popular' ? You'll need a bunch of people that give and accept jobs.
I would love to work with you, but the only problem is that I am a beginner when it comes to coding...
