ok here its pretty simple to explain, i have completed mission 15
when i try to start mission 16 it say to start a mission lower or equal to my lvl.
im lvl 3 close to lvl 4.
i cant redo any older mission and i cant advance. ill add you a pic

There is a trick to grow up in exp.
Do some Tic Tac Toe with the CPU and you will gain some exp to reach the new level
