Cant get the program to workt get the program to work

I open the program and go to new file. I then get a box that says cancel or create. I hit the create button and the box flashes and does nothing. If I hit the create button again and I get the same thing. Please help.

Hi Frank, i think you are using iOS 7 right?
We started a big maintenance to update all the apps to the iOS 7.
The iOS 7 is great but Apple changed so many things without alert developers.
If you have the iOS 7, have some patience, we will update all apps in a week.
