I think that users should be able to upload their avatars from their camera roll, instead of being forced to take a picture. This would allow many, many new avatars (and avatars with better quality) to be introduced to the game. I also think that when one user hacks another, the hacker is allowed to make his avatar appear on the defender's screen for a period of seconds, allowing the both the hacker to feel a greater sense of victory, and the defender to be able to see who hacked them.
