Thank you and I just tried it. All I need you to clarify now is why it takes a lot longer than 2 hours to get free credits . Also the lack of winnining any credits is not fun at all. You had mentioned a 85% credit winnings usually and I get approx 5% . Even this last one I just tried I got 0 credits!

The 85% is on a machine cycle, not on the 1000 Bonus GGCoins.
So you can win much but rarely, or few but more times.

It depend on all the users online.

Ok thank you for the explanation and I hope the credits come back every 2 hours and not have to wait my usual 6 to 8 hours!

I finally got 1000 free credits after 14 hours later!! I had to delete the game and reinstall again to get those free credits as well so could you please check into that and let me know why I have to do this in order to play this game? I think there may be a bug or fault with the game so pl let me know what your findings are!

Hi jdwispinski, i personally checked the bonus and it works correctly.
I don't understand why you are getting this problem.

When i go 0, and the counter go to 00:00:00 i get the 1000 bonus after the spin.
So i just reboot the game, if you have 0 and it show 1000.

If you have other coins, for example, 1234, you will receive it, but only when you spin, for example 100, you will see 2134.

I checked it, fixed it to give the bonus immediately on the spin.
So it must work for all.

I will check only 1 possibility, the one you have 0, and you can't do a spin in the reboot too.
That's can be the possibility.
I will check in some minutes...

Sorry buddy, it works.

The only things you can do if you are at 0 credits, is :
- Launch the app
- The server will understand your time is 0
- Close the app from background (press home 2 times and swipe out)
- Relaunch the app

And you will see you credit with + 1000

Maybe you don't close the app in the background.

I've been doing exactly what you said and it works sometimes and other times it still shows 0 credits and I have to wait a few more hours ( that's after I press the home button twice and swipe it out) and then I would reinstall it again! Sometimes it works as I said by doing that and other times it doesn't so then I still have to wait longer and try again (longer than 2 hours) Also not much luck at all for getting credits and diffinetly no bonus rounds so that part is quite disappointing " :dry: if you can help with that part I would very grateful to know if it's just my luck or if that's the nature of the game!

You don't need to reinstall after you remove the app from background with the 2 TAP in the home button.
You need only to re-launch it.

Remember it depends also on the internet connection, so usually wait 45 seconds before re-launch it, so the connection can be released and re-launched.

Anyway i will try to code a different way to get the bonus.
In the next update i will add the possibility to press on the bonus button to receive it directly.
